The relationships and interactions patients have with our practice give them thoughtful and memorable experiences that they’ve not had prior. In lieu of the corporate dentistry model where you have a number and are told what you need, Dr. Gilmore employs a care philosophy called co-diagnosis. Through the utilization of photography, Dr. Gilmore can show patients areas of concern that they can see and understand with their own eyes. A meaningful discussion can be had in regards to finding, options and risks, allowing the patient to share in the decision-making process and be an active part of their healthcare.

Amy joined Dr. Gilmore just 18 months after he opened his practice. Her role is to support all aspects of our practice, team members, and facilitate the patient experience.

Amy graduated from Oregon State University in 1993 and married her high school sweetheart, busy year! They have three beautiful children and two grandchildren that keep them extremely busy with their activities. She loves riding horses, camping, and enjoying the great northwest.

I absolutely love my work. It isn’t easy finding that perfect fit. At Gilmore Dental, I’ve found that fit. What I appreciate the most about working here is the absolute belief I have in the quality of dentistry Dr. Gilmore does. He’s my dentist and I would have a hard time trusting anyone else! The staff is also very much like family and we all believe we have something very special. I am very thankful to be here.

Crista has 20 + yrs of experience after graduating from OIT. She raised 3 children and has 7 Grandchildren that she loves spending time with. She fills the rest of her time competing in 3D archery trail shoots, road trips to the coast, hiking and golf. She enjoys getting to know her patients and does her best to make their dental visits as pleasant as possible.

Moved to Central Oregon 16 years ago and has been with Gilmore Dental over 3 years, transitioning from the medical field. She is passionate about learning more about dentistry and enjoys making our patients feel welcome from the first call to check out.

In her time out of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband Brian and two sons, Ryker and Kellen. Her family has a love of baseball and spends most weekends traveling to watch her boys play.

Has been in the dental field for over 25 years. She began as an assistant at the start of her career. She has three beautiful daughters, a handsome son and three amazing grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family and camping around the PNW.

What I love about working at Gilmore Dental is the ability to help people. The fun atmosphere with my co-workers keeps me on my toes. We have a good time teasing each other. I also appreciate our team get-togethers where we can let loose and enjoy each other. We are working on building a good solid team and that’s important.

While working as a dental assistant, I knew I wanted to focus my college studies towards Dental Hygiene. After I married my high school sweetheart, I attended the Utah College of Dental Hygiene and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in 2008. Amidst growing our family of five children, I have worked part-time in Utah, Alaska, and now Central Oregon. We love this area for its vast array of outdoor opportunities. We try to take advantage of camping, hiking, kayaking, biking, SUP boarding, skiing, and playing on the beach at the coast. I also try to stay active in the community through our church, serving as PTO president at my kids’ school, and helping coach the kid’s soccer and basketball teams.

My goal as a dental hygienist is partnering with you by giving a thorough cleaning and teaching of its importance for your overall health. The reason I have come to love working for Dr. Gilmore and his team is because they strive for the best care. Dr. Gilmore works in a timely manner and gives nothing less than his best. He provides comfort and seeks excellence for each person who comes through the door.
